- Service Agreement: Talent Elevate Group provides recruitment and placement services to assist in the placement of individuals in Project Manager and Scrum Master roles. These services include candidate sourcing, assessment, and matching to suitable job opportunities.
- Client Obligations: Job seekers and employers must provide accurate and up-to-date information to Talent Elevate Group for the effective provision of services. Clients must notify us of any changes or updates to their information promptly.
- Recruitment Process: Talent Elevate Group employs a comprehensive recruitment process to identify suitable candidates for Project Manager and Scrum Master roles. We assess qualifications, skills, and experience to match candidates with appropriate job opportunities. However, the final hiring decision rests with the employer.
- Fees: Talent Elevate Group may charge fees to employers for the successful placement of candidates. Fee details, including payment terms, will be agreed upon in a separate agreement between Talent Elevate Group and the employer.
- Confidentiality: Both Talent Elevate Group and clients must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to candidate resumes, company details, and hiring decisions.
- Liability: Talent Elevate Group acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment or the success of any specific job placement. Clients understand that Talent Elevate Group's role is to facilitate connections and provide recruitment services.
- Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law.
- Limitation of Liability: Talent Elevate Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
- Amendments: Talent Elevate Group reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will become effective upon posting on our website.
